Q. What if the weather is bad?
Bunratty Castle and Folk Park is an outdoor park and so is affected by weather. However there are plenty of buildings to duck into including a 15th Century Castle so cover is never too far away. We always advise groups to have a change of clothes on their bus just in case.

No. Teachers must remain with their groups at all times. School groups remain the responsibility of their teachers while they are visiting.
Q. Are there are toilet facilities?
Yes we have ample facilities just to the right of the main entrance and near the playground.
Q. Is there wheelchair access?
The Folk Park is accessible by wheelchair and has full toilet facilities on site. Please note some of the paths are uneven in places. Unfortunately Bunratty Castle is not wheelchair accessible.
