We are seeking talented musicians, dancers and artists
Clare Tourism Development DAC (East), under the authority of Clare County Council, is seeking expressions of interest for talented Irish Musicians, dancers and other artists to perform on an ad-hoc basis for events and dates throughout 2026.
About the Opportunity
Clare Tourism Development DAC (East) which operates the Clare Collection including Bunratty Castle & Folk Park, Craggaunowen and Inis Cealtra welcomes numerous international and national visitors annually and are looking for performers to contribute to an authentic and vibrant cultural and traditional experience by showcasing traditional Irish music and dance.
Solo performers, duos, trios, groups and artists from a variety of disciplines are welcome to express their interest. Performances will enhance visitors experiences by celebrating Clare’s rich cultural heritage.
Required:
- Traditional Irish Musicians and Singers : including but not limited to fiddle players, tin whistle performers, harpists, bodhran players and other instrumentalists.
- Irish Dancers: Solo or group performances of traditional Irish dance and set dancers of all ages.
- Other Artists and performers : including storytellers, choirs, willow weavers, wool weavers and spinners, costumed performers. Also welcome are art/craft workshop providers. Performers with flexibility to perform on an adhoc basis for scheduled events throughout the year.

Please provide the following details in your expression of interest:
- Your organisation, name/group name and contact details.
- A brief background of your experience performing
- Links to videos, recording, or testimonials of past performance (if available).
- Availability for 2026 and particular preference for events.
- Fee structure and/or rates per performance

The successful candidates will form part of a performance panel that Clare Tourism Development DAC (East) can call upon for the events throughout the year.
