Walk the Wolfhounds Experience

Immerse yourself in legend with a walk alongside Míde and Rían, our magnificent resident Irish Wolfhounds. These gentle giants, known as ‘Cu Faoil’, embody the spirit of Irish bravery. Despite their impressive size, Irish Wolfhounds possess a surprisingly friendly and loyal nature. Join our resident farmer on a guided walk through Bunratty Folk Park's scenic trails and paddocks, where you can meet these incredible creatures firsthand. As you stroll, you'll hear fascinating stories about the Wolfhound's rich history, their deep connection to medieval Ireland, and the ongoing efforts to preserve this iconic breed.
